Wood Choices

Currently available woods:
African Blackwood (AB) fine textured very dark brown with black figure, takes a high polish.
Mesquite (Mes)  red-brown with occasional knots.
Moradillo (M) light to chocolate brown with black figure. Similar to some rosewoods.

Limited supply woods:
Ebony (E) black with medium to fine texture, brown or white figure.
Kingwood (K) light to dark purple brown, highly figured.
Bird's Eye Maple (BM) creamy white to gold, with random golden 'knots'.
Boxwood (BW) lemony tan with a fine texture.
Cocus Wood (CW) creamy brown to light orange, heavy and takes a great polish.
Texas Ebony (TEB) light to dark chocolate brown, takes a high polish.
Lignum Vitae (LV) the hardest and heaviest wood there is, dark brown-green, takes a very high polish.

Other woods may be available on occasion.

Wire: Gold, Green, Red, Silver (non tarnish).
